Well, the royals are pretty good at covering up things...there certainly is enough witness testimony that many thing were not done according to protocol after the accident and even at the hospital. They exist under deception, lies and crimes so this wouldn't be a stretch AT ALL to eliminate Diane. Sure innocent until proven guilty but if they control the investigation do you really think they would reveal the truth??? There are too many bottom feeders available to take the blame.
