Perhaps it implies it was obvious they were afraid of facing combat (and thus were not just carefully collecting documents as the normally would)… And they wouldn’t have to worry about that unless they knew Trump had assets that were equal or great than theirs?

It being a hint of having camera footage is probably more likely though.
