I don't understand how he would say that about a perv and pedophile, as well as pedophile protector and friend of multiple pedophiles such as Charles. Trump must have some double meaning but what??

Pretty sure Trump once tweeted about expecting positive things from Barr. He is like your Dad saying what he expects from you. It puts a bit of pressure on you to do right, and if you defy him anyway, he kicks your butt out of the house and cuts off your money.

Yes. He has also said many times about different people, "He's a great guy" when meaning quite the opposite. It's a way for him to highlight people.
