Shouldn't this cancer have been excised over 2 thousand years ago?

Nimrod was a grandson of Noah. Iirc book of Enoch states that some of the Nephilim had created what were essentially Georgia Guidestones prior to the flood which stated their occultism practices, science like smelting of metals etc.
One of Noah's sons found these after disembarking from the boat after the flood and began to use them again
You are correct my fren. I can't remember exactly which son it was. I think Ham? According so some sources, Shem found out that nimrod was turning people to child sacrifice and other blasphemous rituals and drew and quartered him into 13 pieces and cast them across the earth. Nimrods mother Semiramis put the pieces back together but couldn't find the phallus, and she made a deal with dagon to spit it out of the sea and resurrected nimrod. And then proceeded to have a child with him claiming nimrod to be some sort of god. Which directly influenced the Egyptian mythology of Osiris/isis/Horus and many others
Thanks yeah and I think you are right it was Ham. Iirc Nimrod also had some mystical fur coat that had been passed down which was what gave him his superior hunting skills. It's been a year or two since I read Enoch.
I think you're right about the fur coat but I can't remember exactly. There's some people who think he may have been a nephilim or a descendant of the nephilim
