The U.S. Circuit Court for Appeals [f]or the District of Columbia said it was dismissing the case because the Jan. 6 committee withdrew the subpoena to the RNC seeking records of its dealings with a digital fund-raising vendor Salesforce.
"The RNC's appeal has become moot," the appeals court ruled in dismissing the case.
The fake J6 committee issued a subpeona (for which they have no authority), and then withdrew it. Court said the withdrawal means there is no subpeona. Case dismissed.
There really is no such thing as a DNC and RNC. It's just one big UNC.
One key takeaway from the ruling is that the appellate court appears to agree that the committee itself is not a formal committee. I believe the house rules state committees must have a Ranking Member, and this one does not. It's been a sham since the beginning. Which we have always known.

The right decision.
So people close to Trump are subpoenaed and the RNC yawns but when RNC gets one it gets dropped. Further proof of the UniParty.
Yeah, no kidding u/Emyrylde

I think of it all as swamp - all they do is solicit and sink money into the pockets of the corrupt. UNC is right - no distinction, if there ever was.
