Sen. Marsha Blackburn said her Restoring Law and Order Act, would redirect unspent federal funds slated for COVID-19 towards law enforcement.

How about you redirect it back to where it came from, that being American taxpayers? Oh, and this time, no IRS demanding it back at the end of the tax season.
