SCOTUS doesn’t reconvene until October.

There’s a conference day on September 28th, but I see nothing before that.

So I don’t really understand why the SCOTUS building is in drop 4737.

Unless it refers to Florida’s 11th circuit social media ruling being appealed to SCOTUS this week. Or Marc Elias and the election law battle.
