Because he's like 50th on the list of people we need to take a good look at

And it only matters if he runs against Trump.... Well that's self explanatory isn't it? If he does then he's outed himself.

There are rinos that are doing the worst things imaginable, in the public domain, yet we keep focusing on the few that are doing good things.

Let's say he's a big fake. Is he still doing good things, or are these actions not really happening?
