If you have watched for a while, you see that just about everything Trump says is planned. He lays down comms and markers and injects ideas into the mainstream.

For example, he made sure that the media chased him and vilified him for suggesting HCQ. Now he is associated with one of cures for the 'rona. That will be important soon.
