Thanks for posting. This is what was presented at the Moment of Truth Summit. I can't say I follow every step of it but enough to grasp how deeply evil this is. My state is the one they mentioned at the Summit as having the same extremely vulnerable process of two system generated IDs. System generated therefore manipulatable. Our SoS ensures our elections are about as transparent as a brick wall, this may be why.
