The "can't survive outside of the womb" argument shows their lack of depth. Of course, it's just another stupid, meritless point, but it's the fact that they actually think it's a zinger that truly puts the icing on the cake. You should respond to them every time with this: "If you abandon a toddler out in the middle of the forest, will it survive?"
