Not all sealed indictments listed on the websites are for "big time operators". They can be for smaller-time offenses, like local or regionaldrug-dealers (who may be tied to big-time crimibals/cartels), doctors who illegally prescribe controlled substances, fraudsters, embezzlers, etc., etc., etc.
If they were sealed, bigger-name unseals may have been Clinesmith, Sussman, Epstein and/or Maxwell.
Indictments are sealed for various reasons, for example, to prevent flight/escape (indictees may or may not know about the indictments), to protect witnesses or to buy time while investigating other people complicit in, or involved with, the crime (especially relevant in RICO or conspiracy situations).
Also, IIRC, indictments stop the clock on statutes of limitations, which allows additional time for more thorough investigation and expansion rather than rushing to court before the clock runs out with a weak case that is insufficiently vetted and formed or that is targeted against a lower-level soldier or two rather than "the head of the operation".

We are fighting real demons and baby eating killers. There is a lot of them. They are still clearing out pockets. You can still get sick, lose your job, and go hungry in this movie. Everything is coming down and I mean everything. They are going to pull the plug on everything digital. So have food, water, etc. It’s going to painful for 6 months to a year after the fall. Your going to relearn all your history, science, schooling, medical, secret space programs, Antarctica, etc. No more militaries or big governments. We are going back to 1776. We are all going to learn a very painful lesson. It’s going to be worse for those of us awake because we have to watch this train wreck go off the rails. Oh and we haven’t even talked about the great plasma flash yet. You arrest everyone, but that doesn’t fix everything does it. You need peace in everyone’s heart. So GOD will take care of that.
