Poster is describing the essential problem with sociopaths, you can't appeal on any grounds of morality, empathy, or logic. The only way is to train them as you would an animal, that some actions will result in pain and some in reward. They aren't necessarily stupid, it may be possible to use reason to show the reward/pain path -- I would never bet my own welfare on them being reliable though.
