I agree why should we let them buy any land. Come up with a lease agreement if you have to but don't let them own anything.

I just don't know what piece of the Constitution allows people from other countries to own land in ours at all.

Legal immigrants sure, I'm right there with them. Rental, sure. But own property?

And honestly, the ruling about the Constitution applying to anyone within our country was the most destructive ruling ever.

Nobody owns land anymore in the US. They rent it at the cost of property tax.
