It was a bad move on his part that can backfire in a big way for his enemies to use and drag him as well.

RINOS can now "act conservative" like DeSantis and move illegals wherever they want. Then instead of the move having any symbolic meaning it becomes vehemently hated.

Watch. This is going to happen. It was a bad chess move that left an opening.
