Sometimes a number is just the math, and not a symbol. Not saying this is or isn’t, just saying.
Or maybe he's trolling them. Maybe the cabal doesn't like it when we use their symbolism numbers back at them, who knows?
I'm sure that in Grassley's tweets, like Pompeo's or Trump's, each number is scrutinised for meaning before the tweet goes out.
It could be compared to comedy. Comedians check every word in a line to get the weight and timing just right don't they? That would be similar.
