In view of the fakestream media’s attempt to demonize Putin for supposedly threatening the West with a nuclear strike, it is necessary to let everyone listen to Putin’s actual speech—not the whole speech, of course, but more than what the media is letting people hear.
Putin made the point that western leaders had been talking about nuking Russia, and so Putin reminded them that they are not the only ones with nuclear weapons. He said that if the west decides to use nukes against Russia, he will not hesitate to use them against the west as well. In other words, Putin was threatening to retaliate if the west decides to go nuclear.
The media left out that little detail in order to demonize Putin and bring a wave of fear to the people in the west.

Yeah, that's s great point.
And even if he did not use them, he said the wind might blow in their direction .....Especially in winter time .....
That is not a threat but a reference to a fact.
