Based on past performance Ken Paxton is probably preparing a winning case against the credit card companies and then he’ll hit them.

A number of states missing that one would speculate would be in favor - Oklahoma, South Carolina, Arkansas, and others. I don't know that a missing name is really a strong indicator here.

I like to research all candidates before I vote and ask my city/county for the candidates running for office. To my surprise (not really) I got a sample ballot that showed only Dem candidates. I called them back and said - I guess they are all running unopposed so there is no need for us to vote at all. The very next day I got the full sample ballot.
