I wonder about this, because it has been said that Benjamin de Rothschild was the "Pindar", and his death in early 2021 neutralized the Rothschilds to some degree. I believe the other two lines in the pyramid were the House of Saud and the Rockefellers. Any insight on this would be appreciated.

I view Soros as a fixer or go between. OK, he may be much richer than the rest of us but the Rothschilds are "old money". They have been in positions of power for centuries and they have all the wealth they need and have had it for a long time.
Soros is more of an upstart. He is self-made and was nothing until the 1970's. However, the Rothschilds do seem to be on a bit of a downturn. Of course, it is all relative. They seemed to peak around the time that the UK peaked. Maybe that is not a coincidence.
In round numbers, John D Rockefeller started about a century after the Rothschilds and a century before Soros.
I agree with your assessment. Although I think the Rothschilds have become more adept at hiding like the 13 bloodline families, or the Wallenbergs and Payseurs.
