Its notable that Isaac Kappy had talked about Cicada multiple times.

I have always felt Cicada was a recruitment tool for analysts required for the Q operation.

Funny thing about "7" and "A"

If you convert A to number you get 17 mirrored.

But, if you convert "7" to letter, you get GA - as in Great Awakening
