Had a conversation with someone earlier about the hellhole that is Charlottesville, Virginia. He was talking about how much he hated it there, how rude people were, how liberal etc. Apparently his neighbor had the cops called on him for "carrying too many assault rifles out of his truck and into his house" at one point. Like most, he hated it and moved somewhere he felt more at home.

This was all 5+ Years ago though, which caused me to wonder. How are things right now in areas such as Charlottesville and other Urban Hellholes? I know that I'm a big proponent of there are no blue states and very few blue cities, but I find myself curious if people seem to be at least questioning the reality of things in such areas.

Charlottesville may be one of those few areas that really and truly are full of idiotic liberal sheep, since it's a large college city/county with little else going on, so the majority of the population have something to do with the corrupt education system or some kind of University funded program, study, experiment, etc. Heck, if you go by population, the college makes up 74% of the city proper and nearly 22% of the city and surrounding county. So it's easy to see how this could be one of the few true blue areas in the country.

So with all that in mind, I'm curious about if it seems people are waking up any in these areas, college towns in particular since they seem to be some of the few areas where actual liberals will congregate, if for no other reason than to smell each others farts and talk about how "superior" they are to the rest of for being "educated".

NOTE: If you're uncomfortable saying where you're from or near then DON'T say it. I'm not asking for specifics, just if anyone has noticed any kind of positive changes.
