Is it just me? Or does anyone else hear the announcer interrupting a "thank you su..." to restate the "thank Q", but with extra emphasis on the Q, right around the same time as the hand signal...

Didn’t notice, I was to busy being drawn in by bidens poor acting like he’s lost, just to clasp his fingers together and create a pyramid for a split second w perfect motor skill and function and direct it towards the cameras.
