It was 62 there today but maybe they were being prepared for it to be colder or it was a way to protect against someone hitting them with batons.

Here in Europe I meant. And no, they are not unfortunately. This specific video was also from before the election results.

We have to wait and see where this is going, the EU will not give up easily.
