Far too much of this stuff is piece meal and published with grainy, impossible to read images. I'd very much like to have a "literature review" that actually links to real data. Over the last hour (I may expand this if I get ambitious), I've tried to at least get some of the story in sequence and with appropriate sourcing, as often as possible to primary data. This program has been going on for decades and accelerated sharply under Obama/Biden.
When this initially hit in late Feb, early March, there was paperwork that was pulled from the US embassy website's files. Those were verifiable, and naturally, gone within 24 hours of exposure. I know someone's archived them, but I don't have the link. Other documents have allegedly come from Ukrainian regulators. Russia has gone several times to the UN attempting to show the evidence it has found, and no one seems to be interested in listening. Trying to even get reporting about what was accused is a nightmare with the MSM running 24/7 cover for them. SCMP at least lists the accusations here. Russia claims it captured these documents in the initial days of the war as Ukraine was trying to destroy evidence of the labs. Try and dig on any of this and all you'll get is links to the denials.
I believed those documents were genuine. They were consistent with the American documents, confirmed the working relationship, and seemed designed knowing what was going on, since they made strenuous demands for security and safety of the facilities to protect local populations. Further, I could go to the Dept of Defense's website and find details of the DTRA and its publicly acknowledged activities. Victoria Nuland testified that there were 11 labs under oath at a Senate hearing (Link to write-up at The Federalist). A month or two later, DoD confirmed in a press release there were actually 46 labs. Link here to a Yahoo "fact check" explaining the official cover story, extensively linked, you read and decide for yourself.
We know Hunter Biden was involved in financing the labs. DoD funds went to a contractor called Black & Veatch to build the labs. A company called Metabiota ran them. Funding was funneled through Hunter Biden's Rosement Seneca accounting firm. (Source: NYPost citing the HB laptop emails, link)
The list of agents is troubling and I'd like to have confirmation of this list. Best I can do is this Bulgarian journalist's (Dilyana Gaytandzhieva)exceptional work from 2018 documenting these outbreaks at a local level. She expands upon that work in a March 2022 piece that outlines how the DoD used civilian contractors to get around the appearance of direct handling of the program (which is consistent with the cover story they used for the 46 labs - that they're all civilian owned and run). This woman is a ferocious voice for truth and very much worth following.
Now, if this is true, the world would be right to scream their heads off. It is our sovereign duty to clean this mess up and seek justice. This is Anthony Fauci commissioning COVID-level stuff we're dealing with. If true, it represents crimes against humanity by people all the way to the tippy top. Extraordinary evidence requires extraordinary proof. We'll see what Russia can produce or if some very brave independent wants to try and unravel this mess.

I guess "Wait and See".
Or, as it says in a holy book: "Come, and see."
