Uranium One scandal in a nutshell. From what I recall;

Uranium carries a unique signature and shillary sold US uranium to foreign enemies. Anything that is made with our uranium will carry our unique signature.

Scenario 1: it looks like domestic terrorism Scenario 2: it looks like we sold uranium to a hostile foreign power.
