No Name got the axe for a similar plan. He delivered the same yellow cake uranium to ISIS in Syria that Brennan delivered to Russia.

They intended to set off a dirty bomb in Syria. Blame it on Assad, and point to Russia as providing the uranium. They got caught, and McStain got sent to hell where he belongs.
