Dilley is the King of whiney ass bitches. He can't deal with anything outside his little brainwashed thought pattern. Anything new or different totally freaks him out. He is not a thinker, he is a Trump parrot / puppet. The dude hasn't had an original thought since he was a pre-teen. Q takes way too much thought for him. Go read through his shit, you'll see it.
