There is absolutely NO evidence that the U.S. did anything of the sort.
The three pipeline ruptures (two on Nord Stream #1 and one on Nord Stream #2) along with seismic recordings that show evidence of an explosion during each instance certainly leads to immediately suspecting terrorism or sabotage of the pipelines.
That said, at the shallow pipeline depth of only 240 feet, and being that close to one of the world's busiest shipping lanes... it could have been virtually ANY nation.
At this point... I blame Finland. :>)

U.S. Navy 6th Fleet recently conducted "exercises" and "research" with "mock explosives" in the exact location where the pipeline blew up.
