They made a great propaganda show about it, but it´s not filled because Poland has made no contracts with the norwegian suppliers. Poland din´t want to pay market prices and called the Norwegian ridiculous. Meanwhile they gave in. Could be too late though. Their storages are filled but contain only one terawatt hour per citizen. Here in Germany it´s three and in Slovakia six. It´s likely they´ll freeze in december already.
