As I suspected, or may have already known from others, D5 appears to mean DECLAS. A "D" followed by 5 letters. Q uses "DECLAS" extensively.

After this drop, Q never used D5 again. I figure this is because anons had figured it out; meaning that "D5" could no longer be used to confuse the enemy.
