It says it is a "computer-generated illustration of the earth's patterns of sunlight and darkness."

So, it's not 'real' is it? Just an artist's rendering?

They use satellite imagery for the clouds, the rest is simulated.

Good Lord, and I'm the crazy one for saying I don't believe its a spinning ball flying through space.

Come on guys, not saying it has to be flat but..... you have NEVER seen an undoctored picture of anything from space. Into or From. EVER. Just know that.

NASA uses more helium than anyone else, same thing in balloons but all these Satellites just controlled falling through the sky. Sigh....

Anyway, not Q related I guess. Sorry, not sorry.
