Interesting. Trump admin must have taken control of any weather manipulation systems being used. I'm still trying to figure out what was going on with Katrina under GWB. That looked totally orchestrated. Was it done to create havoc for money laundering via FEMA programs? And did Cheney or GWB do it intentionally? Clearly a lot of criminal stuff going on in the aftermath.
