There is no excuse.

Less than 1% of blacks are causing all the crimes.

It does happen. 99% of us don't commit crimes.

According to the Cenus. There are 41,000,000 blacks.

So you need to take the number of crimes.

Divide it by 41 million.

That will tell you the percentage of the black population causing the crime.
