You are correct, it is not jab related. It's to protect drug addicts. A different form of this bill was created after two women were criminally prosecuted because their babies were born drug addicted and died of withdraw shortly thereafter. The politicians behind it -- and the state attorney general -- said it was horrible that women were being persecuted for the death of the babies.
