That guy seems to know something we don’t. Until we know if he bluffs, here’s his Oct 4th Hopium.

There's no scenario where a pre-announcement accomplishes anything useful. If he doesn't have the goods then he's on record as being full of hot air. If he does have the goods then jumping the gun does nothing except maybe invite pre-release suicide activity.
It forces the enemy to expend ammo and make mistakes. Q explained this.
The only thing I could imagine their reasoning being is that if they're under surveillance, announcing publicly that you have something in your possession that proves Biden crimes may be a sort of insurance. Similar to "I'm not gonna kill myself".
The closest anyone has come to making others care by not killing himself was Epstein. Even normies understand that he didn't kill himself, but nothing outwardly affecting anyone or any organization came of it. If he makes it clear that he isn't going to commit suicide by this, he could still very well officially be "suicided" and nothing will change.
I also doubt the weight of his claimed goods. We have no shortage of evidence of election tampering, nor have we had any shortage for years. If this is truly something that will move normies on a large scale, or turn the hearts of the willfully ignorant, then a social media post strikes me as somewhat unsophisticated and vulnerable.
Yeah I agree with you - it's a weak explanation but it was the only thing I could think of as to why they announce this stuff. Maybe they're just excited and can't wait to show their data.
It helps maximize reach of the news. If you have something big that you want a lot of people to see you want to create buzz to gain attention so more people see it, helping break through the filters. But that fails if you fail to deliver.
