i hope so for all who have suffered - I never got the pokie because I got screwed over previously from a bayer medicial device - the problem / concern I have though is if based on current legal system - you never get back what you lost. Im early 30s and incapable of working thanks to bayer - I know of a recent settlement in oz where women have lost the ability to control their bladder etc and lucky to get 70 k max for their destroyed lives. These big pharma people always seem to "win"
