Satanists invert things. Unfortunately the correct way to read this is with the pentagram (star) pointing down. That's how an occultist would read it.

Now that you said that, it looks like the devil sign is a zipper tag, the stripes look like a shirt collar, and the down zippered shirt reveals the once hidden inverted pentagram.
