The number of mail-in ballots returned should be the same or close to the number of ballots counted. Also, there are more counted ballots than requests. This is one county in a northeastern state. This should be a total red flag, but it got Trump out of office so it is all good.

Seriously though, this is more than enough proof that Pennsylvania's electoral votes should have not been certified.
