Ah i see so picture could just be those and not necessarily lasers, although russia do have laser systems for shooting down drones and supposedly blinding satellites.

I am not sure why the MSM is pretending that russia does not have any laser systems as most big countries have similar stuff. And a big powerful static laser would not be beyond Russia to develop.
