I think the only white criminal gangs are the Hell's Angels, and some skin head gangs, and perhaps some remnants of the mafia, at least as far as "classic" criminal gangs go. Now you have the internet fraud gangs, which seem to be eastern European (also white), and the Russian mafia, also white, but in terms of sheer numbers, white criminal gangs would seem to be a huge minority (hey, they're a minority, so should get special priviledges when arrested :) )
