Crime typically happens in certain areas.

For Example:

I am in Chicago.

I need not worry about how someone looks. I already know the areas to avoid when walking in town.

Trying to look at a person and decide if they are a criminal isn't effective. This is because criminals are a lot smarter than we give them credit for.

If they are going to do a crime.

They most likely know how to hide until the last second.

That's what I always keep in mind.

Criminals are not stupid!

They think about how to trap people, commit crimes, and get out of there fast.

This is why people become their victims.

The criminal has spent time thinking about how to bypass your judgment defenses.
