Good question... Not sure where this is but I have seen other videos of similar behaviors... I also wonder if these are test subjects this is being tested on before rolled out to the masses... I have no idea ... Can we really know anything any more?

Sad reality, fren... But the video is right about the clotting and whatever the hell is going on in people's arteries. Then there's the video of the nano-circuits assembling and disassembling in the presence of WiFi/5G/4G.

Hard to know what to believe.

I've seen psych pts do something kind of similar. It's a reaction to anti psychotic medication. They twist their head to the side like that. have spasms and other horrible side effects, but i don't think I've seen the spinning.
