But be sure to use distilled water! Or you can get a brain infection.
I usually microwave a glass measuring cup worth of tap water for 3 minutes, it stays over 150 degrees for a good 10 minutes. Havent had a problem in 2 years of daily netipotting
The only problem then is (unless you're on a well) the chlorine and Flouride
Both of which are neurotoxins being taken straight into the upper sinus, and directly to the brain

Just research it more. Anything in the sinus is really dangerous of not careful.
(Ie, cv19 test...)
I personally knew a guy who got an infection from water in the sinus and it ate his eye and part of his brain.
