Putin is... a guy. Chaotic Neutral Gray Hat at BEST. Yes I am aware that the accusations made could have all been made up or exaggerated, however until there is HARD evidence he is a GOOD guy, I remain skeptical. And everyone else should really consider if Putin is GOOD. Is he DOING good? I'm gonna reserve judgement for when the dust settles.
