So βmashed potato brainβ does the right thing for the wrong reason. Should have been done long ago when states started legalizing pot. How many Californians has Kameltoe Harris put in prison for marijuana violations when she was state AG?
Bidet pardoned my marijuana offense today. Obviously this is an attempt to buy votes and what not, but would my pardon still be in effect once the plan takes over and Bidet is out? Or are all his actions going to be rendered null and void? Seems like a white hat behind the scenes might have forced the pardon
I guess part of the answer could relate to whether or not he is a legitimate president or not. If it turns out he's not, then I would assume every single thing he has done is null and void. The old Fraud Vitiates Everything phrase may be relevant.

Doesn't that undermine what Kamala did when she put away people for minor marijuana offences?
I don't care why he's doing it. This is a policy that will finally benefit Americans. Isn't that all that matters?ππ¨

You had a federal simple possession charge/conviction? How does something like that become federal?
I had 4 grams in a national park in 2008

I donβt think itβs likely we get to see all these people brought to justice and people still remain in jail for crimes related to marijuana.
FEDERAL (possession only) charges. Very important part of this. How many people are in fed prison for simple possession of weed? WHAT A JOKE!
Now, how many are in STATE prisons?
He has no authority over the state prisoners.
Only taking cannabis OFF the schedule will fix the problem.
