Pennsylvania Man Has Not Filed Income Taxes in 17 Years

Man says he is living his life in liberty. That means he has not filed income taxes for the last 17 years, and recently he stopped licensing his car.

Even the fucking Joker from Batman the animated series once said he wasn’t crazy enough to go up against the IRS, so in a humorous way this guys crazier than that.
