It’s great to see that the site is being worked on but the last change to viewing images (after tapping the thumbnail) has been a complete pain in my arse.
The previous behavior for swiping on an expanded image would scroll the page, but now all it does is scroll the images in place.
It’s not a problem if the image height is small enough, but on really long images I cannot scroll the page without swiping from the very edge of the screen.
I haven’t touched html in years, but if I had to guess, I’d point to the img frames overflow as the culprit.
The worst change is that previews of article text now shows on the site, cluttering up user written input with journalistic crap. Why dilute our good content with that???
I kind of like it personally. U really only have to scroll like an extra inch or to.
Yeah, tens of thousands of times
Not really a big deal to me but hey I guess we all have our own ways.
If you’re still getting value from the ever so slightly awake ramblings of confused right leaning journalists that are more appropriate to Truth Social or Gab, then I can see how it wouldn’t be a big deal, or even welcome. If you’re at the Q board for high quality Q content, then it kind of sucks that this board is becoming more like an article aggregator of right wing normie news every day.
