Nice! I'm someone who for about a decade was super into health, fitness, high performance in general. But lost my fire somewhere along the way. It's now been about 4 years since I've worked out or ate healthy consistently.
Just started my health journey again last week and the goal is to make this a permanent lifestyle again. In 2018 I went from right at 300 lbs to 203 lbs. But gained it all back over the years. I'm probably at about 285ish right now. I was at 295 earlier this year.
5 foot 6 lol. Really stocky build though as well, in 2014 when I used to do dexascans my lean mass was 181 lbs.
But yeah I've dropped it before just need to get consistent again. In 2018 I got serious and dropped 100 lbs but fell off hard in 2020 and ended up gaining it all back.

try walking a lot, it works well, and doesn't destroy your knees.
Thanks will do. I've had two major knee surgeries since my senior year in high school on the same knee, so walking is prob the way lollll.
