Sorry but big long wings don't fold back perfectly. They shear off, pièces would fly off. Engines would detach. It's metal and aluminum held with rivets etc. There are thousands of structural failure points if a ane and it's wings were to hit a building. Which btw hit lamp posts before entry
That plane in particular was equipped with experimental hinges on the wings.
And don't forget those new tech auto vaporizing 9 foot in diameter steel and titanium jet engine rotors spaced around 50 feet apart.
