It is going to be agonizing here in Salt Lake County between now and November 8. Trying to get good conservative candidates elected and their signs keep getting taken down. We are at war. I am spending 20+ hours a week helping 3 campaigns.
Meanwhile the Utah Lieutenant Governor is hard at work defeating the election of the state rep from San Juan County, who is the ONLY guy (Phil Lyman) in the state legislature who will stick his neck out about election irregularities. The Lt Gov oversees elections (we don't have a SOS). Unless we can turn things around in this election, Utah is sinking.
utah houses the new un good luck
God loves doing the impossible. Especially when it's tearing down enemy / pagan strongholds. All he requires is faithful men to do what seems foolish to the rest of the world like march around Jericho....
*God had a strange plan for the battle of Jericho. He told Joshua to have the armed men march around the city once each day, for six days. The priests were to carry the ark, blowing trumpets, but the soldiers were to keep silent.
On the seventh day, the assembly marched around the walls of Jericho seven times. Joshua told them that by God's order, every living thing in the city must be destroyed, except Rahab and her family.
At Joshua's command, the men gave a great shout, and Jericho's walls fell down flat! The Israelite army rushed in and conquered the city. Only Rahab and her family were spared.*
Everyone knew it was a work of God but also that it was Joshua being faithful and doing as God commanded even though it looked pointless / impossible. When we are faithful and obedient, God shows up in our weakens and works everything for His glory. I've seen it happen countless times.
Jesus bought every part of this world, it's culture, governments, arts & entertainment, education, and business with His blood. You just got to get on the battlefield and take it in His name.
Are you saying God uses psychological warfare and science to defeat an enemy?
Imagine the people all hunkered down in the walls and they keep hearing people all around the city and the gossip starts. They are surrounded by? Then the earth starts rumbling and they see dirt falling from their impenetrable walls.
The reflection of people on each side can be seen. Faith is required and Love is the most important.
There might of been a few inside the walls that were praying to the real God and asking for forgiveness and God forgave them, but His algorithm was met against Jericho and His decision was made.
This war we are in could be the same. I do not believe a victim is always a victim and a perpetrator is always a perpetrator. In some things if God is against you and He made us mind up what does it take to change His mind?
We have this war within our country and we really have 2 countries by the design of the wicked. They want God to destroy us. This is a war within first and we have 300 plus or minus million people and 10 percent on purpose raging against God? Only God knows how many.
The USA constitution and the USA Love is required. God knows what peace is. ;)
God curses a nation that sheds innocent blood. Right now one of our biggest goals should be abolishing abortion to get that curse lifted. The enemy knows this, that's why they push it so hard.
Every abortion clinic in the nation is there by the permission of the local churches. I think my church has shut down at least 3 locally from faithfully going out and protesting and offering help in front.
But yeah love is #1. Loving God and loving neighbor. But we must make sure we use God's definition of love, not mans. And that would be scripture and the general equity of God's law applied throughout our lives and everything we do. That's were the constitution came from, the general equity of God's law so you could say the constitution is a love letter.
